About Bert Jennings

Prior to joining Keller Williams, I discovered along the way that I have a need to be active, interactive and communicative with others.  I also have a strong desire to help people live their dreams.  As a RealtorŪ those needs are fulfilled.

Researching property values, pricing properties competitively in an ever changing market, negotiating transactions, and getting homes sold in the least amount of time and for top dollar are a few skills I have mastered.  Effectively marketing a home for sale is always about the market and what a buyer is willing to pay.

Finding the perfect home to fit my buyers' needs and wants, whether first-time homebuyers, those transitioning into larger homes, or in some cases, downsizing to a more manageable sized home, is the rewarding side of the business. It takes perceptive listening and communication skills to get to the core of what a buyer is actually looking for.

Working with investors is always interesting in a challenging market where properties are moving quickly, but is always rewarding when a transaction comes together.  Opportunities for investors range from placing bids on HUD Properties through the

My experience as a professional home stager with 
BeDazzled! Home Staging & ReDesign, LLC, offer's the additional value of helping my buyers to visualize their homes' potential by pointing out architectural features, discussing color schemes, and making suggestions for furniture and accessory placement. Finding the right home is about how you feel when you walk through the front door, and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there.
  
For my sellers, I can create that "Wow!" factor in vacant homes with an assortment of furnishings and accessories.  I also redesign furnished homes, using the existing furniture and accessories of the homeowner.  By de-cluttering, furniture placement/removal, creating light, and opening space for flow of movement, I can "neutralize" a home in preparation to market it as a "product" for sale, highlighting the home's attributes, while downplaying any imperfections and creating an appealing visual atmosphere that will attract the attention of the most potential buyers.
