For the past 15 years, I have been involved one way or another in real estate.  I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I do now as a Realtor. 

For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Kim Paulsen.  I have done many things in real estate; from Title Insurance to corporate real estate, but more recently I decided to get my license and become an Associate, and I now realize that I should have done it years ago.  This is an exciting career that allows me to meet some fascinating people like you.

So to say that I am the most experienced Broker would be a lie, but nobody is more dedicated to your personal needs than I am.  I am a Denver native with all my ties to the Denver area.  Mine and my husbands’ family are all located here, so you can say that I am not going anywhere.

In my years, I have seen Denver change from the much touted “Cow town” of years past to the metropolis it is today, and I can honestly say that I am proud of my city.  I have seen neighborhoods go from new, to old and become trendy again.
