For those of you who do not know me, I am Brian C. Smith, founder of Urban Pro, LLC; and a real estate broker with Keller Williams Realty Dowtown in the Denver, CO. In fact, I'm proud to be a REALTOR, which means I am a part of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and hold myself to a higher set of standards and ethics.  Ethics that not every real estate agent agrees to hold themselves to.  I'm also an EcoBroker; meaning I'm trained to understand the Cost Savings and Environmentally Friendly aspects of real estate.

I've been involved with real estate for over six years. Previously dealing with single family and rentals in Lincoln, NE, I came to Denver to join a group of business partners who dealt mostly in modern and urban condo living. My connections with Modo Developers allowed me to become submersed in downtown Denver real estate.  I quickly learned to understand urban developers and what urban living was all about.  Residing in an urban setting myself, I relate to the needs, desires, and trends of the city dweller.  I walk to the grocery store; I bike to the park; I patron the local establishments; I love living in Denver.  In doing so, I've become an expert, specializing in urban living.

From my success with Modo, I was presented the opportunity to join with the fastest growing brokerage in the nation... Keller Williams Realty.  Since joining with their downtown Denver office, Keller Williams Realty Downtown, I now have the resources of the third largest brokerage in the country at my fingertips.  I work in conjunction with teams of brokers... meaning they are helping us sell your home or helping me find you the perfect place to call your next home.

Out of my transition from Modo to Keller Williams, came the perfect opportunity to release Urban Pro, LLC. I decided, with my target market being Urban Denver, I wanted to appeal to those to whom I most closely relate.  This isn't to say I don't do business elsewhere.  I work on deals from Aurora to Golden, from Boulder to Colorado Springs... pretty much anywhere in Colorado and I will provide you the highest level of service.  But Denver is my home, so that's where I focus my business.

I am also often described as a geek, so you might see that term from time to time, as I might as well embrace it.  I know a little about a lot of fairly random stuff, but when it comes to real estate I know a lot... and according to modern definitions, that makes me a kind of a geek.  I'm also very Tech saavy.  I use the latest in technology to enhance your buying and selling experience, but I'm not against good old paper and pen when we need it.

However, my knowledge alone is not what makes my success.  No... My success is largely due to my commitment to my clients. As an Eagle Scout, I learned the true meaning of words like honest, trustworthy, loyal, and courteous and I apply those values to my clients and business today. I build my business on client referrals. So, as opposed to spending lots of time and money on expensive advertising and marketing schemes that don't tend to work, I instead invest my time and money on my clients! It works well for me and even better for you!
